a blue card is layered with a red matte and then the base and images are copied onto quality photo matte paper. The images are hand cut and layered up using 3d foam tape. The lenses on the glasses are enhanced with glossy accents to make them look like real glass. The flower centres and the balloons are enhanced with a clear star pen to give them a bit of a pop.
