The images are hand cut and layered using 3d foam tape. The card base is layered on a kraft card to keep with the color and theme. The balloon shown is numbered “8” however, ANY number can be put on this card to commemorated the child’s birthday
IF you would like a different number put on the balloon, PLEASE make that note in the ORDER NOTES section on the CHECK OUT page and it will be completed, OTHERWISE, the card will be sent to you as it is shown on the site
