this card is has hand cut elements that are layered with both silicone and 3d foam tape. the candle flames are given life using gold stickles, the bubbles in that lovely warm bath are made to look real by using glossy accents, so the bubbles not only are shiny, but are also round and raised. 2 of the corners are accented with ‘bubble’ corners to finish off the card.
