The card is based upon a card from the Point Ellice House & Gardens Museum, a heritage house in Victoria, BC, Canada where the O’Reilly family lived from 1867 to 1975. The card is an illustration of a bouquet of pink roses with the printed message: “I send a rose at Christmas with my love”
