I printed this onto a quality matte paper. Cut out all the element. Used a pink/floral double sided card and layered up a taupe base to hold the base layer. I layered up the elements using 3d foam tape and chose the ‘congratulations’ sentiment. I then finished it off by decorating the inside of the card as well, using the insert but also used one of the elements on the left side of the inside of the card to help tie it all together.
